Honestly, the ONLY reason this doesn't happen more often is because EVERYONE knows how badassed Tifa is. If she DIDN'T have that badassed rep, you could pretty much rest assured she'd be groped and molested constantly by the scum and villainy of the wretched hive that is Midgar.
